Childsplay’s intent is to utilize volunteers in a meaningful way to both the volunteer (individual or group) and our organization. We highly value the assistance, experience and knowledge that volunteers bring to the table. We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities which vary greatly depending on tasks required.

Available Opportunities
Teen Internship Program
Childsplay’s Internship Program gives teens ages 14-18 leadership opportunities in the classroom setting in assistance to our programs. We utilize interns in a meaningful way for both the intern and Childsplay Academy.
Usher for the Arts
The Herberger Theater Center in downtown Phoenix is always in need of friendly, helpful, arts-loving people to staff performances and assist with daily operational functions. Volunteering as an usher is a great activity for friends and family! Couples and friends often volunteer together. Students age 12 and older, if accompanied by a parent, grandparent or mentor may volunteer.
