Rain
This lesson explores the concept of encouraging someone to feel better about an uncontrollable circumstance. The children take on the role of kids to help soften an old man’s bad mood. The Teacher uses Teacher-in-Role to become the grumpy old man, who does not like the rain, and is highly upset that it is raining. This lesson uses Narration, Pantomime, and Character Development.
