Special recognition was given to Western Alliance Bank, honored with the “Corporate Excellence” award for their longtime support, and Billie Jo Herberger, who received the “It Takes a Village” award for her unwavering dedication to the Arts. Honorary Chairs Vicki and Vernon Vaughn played a pivotal role in making this event a success.
The evening was filled with laughter, heartfelt moments, and lively festivities, including cocktails by Cleopatra’s Pool, photos with Napolean the mini horse, and a fun wine and whiskey pull. The event was expertly guided by TV News personality Emma Lockhart, who led the evening’s program with grace and enthusiasm. Auctioneer Subyn Novelle brought excitement to the live auction, and the generous giving opportunity which helped us surpass our fundraising goals. A highlight of the evening was hearing from younh speakers Josh Huggins and Kelianne Devlin, both of whom have benefitted significantly from Childsplay’s Academy and YETi programs. Gala Co-Chairs Brian Guzman and Jack Luciano did an outstanding job engaging new sponsors and guests, adding a fresh energy to the event. With a sold-out crowd, a heartwarming program, and unforgettable dancing, this year’s WOW Gala was an evening to remember. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a tremendous success.
