Do you love art and drawing? This exciting summer theatre class is tailored for budding artists aged 8-12 who have a passion for drawing. This immersive program invites young participants to unleash their creativity by sketching vibrant characters, costumes, props and enchanting settings and embody the things they create in scenes. Students will receive guidance on honing their drawing skills to elevate their artistic abilities while immersing themselves in the captivating world of theatrical expression. Join us for a summer of imagination, artistry, and the magic of turning illustrations into theatrical wonders.
These full-day theatre camps target interests of eight to twelve year olds and focus on specific topics that participants explore in depth. Lessons for this age group concentrate on acting and performance skills in addition to exploration of theme, story, or topical theatre skill. The week culminates with an informal sharing of material developed and performed by the students. Classes accommodate a variety of skill levels, and students do not need previous drama experience to succeed in and enjoy this course.
