Do you love taking a script and bringing it to life? Or maybe you want to? This class will focus on art of bringing lines from the page to the stage. Actors will work on alrready existing scripts and will be coached through the process of scoring a scene, doing character work, and taking acting notes. Actors will be encouraged to perform scenes they are excited about and ones that challenge them.
These specialized workshops are an opportunity to learn more about specific areas of theatre and performance. Varying skill levels and ages may participate in Theatre Fundamentals class. Over the course of 8 weeks students will be led through topical skill building activities that will culminate in a shared showcase in our Schilling Rehearsal Hall.
