The world is a big, BIG place! In this class we'll set sail around the world and discover all different types of folktales, stories, and characters! We'll not only learn about the world around us but also learn about the things that make each of us unique and wonderful. All of the backdrop of drama & performance skills.
Drama develops a child's creative thinking, cooperation, and literacy skills. In each class the perfect stories serve as launching pads for dramatic adventures. Participants explore them through dramatic play, dance, music, narrative pantomime, and story drama; building interpersonal and presentational skills. Each class culminates with an informal sharing for family on the last day of class. These classes are a perfect entrance point for a student who is ready to play, laugh, learn and explore through drama.
