The Good Doctor is a play about a writer dealing with writer’s block. In trying to overcome this hurdle, he ends up creating a wide array of dramatic, humorous, and wondrous scenarios. Based off of the short stories of 19th century playwright Anton Chekhov, this warmhearted story is told through an array of hilarious vignettes. From a government clerk who accidentally sneezes on his boss to a sailor willing to do just about anything for just three rubles, The Good Doctor is chalk-full of unexpected twists and turns. With its infectious humor, this play is sure to be a delight for all audiences.
