Gracie Ruiz (she/her) recently graduated with her BFA degree in Theatre from The University of Montana and is an alumnus of Phoenix College. She has produced work in a multitude of roles such as a scenic painter, actor, dramaturg, designer, and camp counselor. Her work focuses on highlighting opportunities for theatre artists of color. She has been a member of the valley’s community theatre scene since 2015. Some past credits include: The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical (Charge Artist – Mesa Encore Theatre), Reggie Fluty in The Laramie Project (Actor/Props Designer/Graphic Designer – University of Montana), and Pixie in Magical Pixie Princess Fun Time Go (Actor/Costume Designer – Phoenix College, script by local artist Hamblet Lemus).
