Screen by screen instructions for obtaining tickets using Play Passes

Note:  Redeeming Play Passes for tickets is similar to purchasing tickets.  You select your seats, then they are placed in an online Shopping Cart at full price.  On a Shopping Cart screen, you redeem you passes by using the Apply Discount feature of the ticket system.  When you apply the Play Pass discount, the tickets will change from full price to $0.00.

Go to Childsplay's Website, childsplayaz.org, and from the Tickets menu choose  Tickets.
On the Ticket and Play Pass Information page click on either of the appropriate show links.

On the TCA site click on Login
On the next page in the Returning Patrons section and fill in your E-mail/User Name and Password. Then click on the Login button.  Your E-mail/User Name and Password were sent to you in the letter. If you have not received this or misplaced this, call us at 480-480-921-5700
Click on the Buy Tickets button next to the performance you want.
Scroll down to Select Your Own Seats and move cursor over images of theatre.  This will tell you how many seats are available in the section.  Click on the section where you would like to sit.
Click on the seats you would like to reserve, a check box will appear for each seat selected.
After you have selected your seats, click on the Reserve selected Tickets button.
You will now see your Shopping Cart. Scroll down to see all items if necessary. The cart will contain all  your seats, showing them at full price.  There is also a Apply Discount button on each line. Click on the first Apply Discount button.
The Change Line Item Discount screen will open up in a new window. In the - select a new price - drop down box select Play Pass Redemption (price is 0.00)
Click on the Change Discount button. This will change the cost per ticket to zero.
Repeat, using the Apply Discount button for each line in your Shopping Cart.  When finished with all items click on the Checkout> button.  Be sure your cart show zero as the total amount if you are using Play Passes to purchase all the tickets.
Scroll down if necessary to see the Check Out section. Choose a delivery method and answer the "How did you hear about us?"  question and then click on Continue>.
Scroll Down to Payment Information. Enter your credit card information. If you check off the Save Selected Credit Card Information... box, you will not need to enter this again until the card expires. Click on Continue> button.
You will now see your Shopping Cart for review, scroll down and review to make sure it is correct. Check of the box, Yes, I have read and understand the Terms of Use.  Click on the Place Order button to commit.
You will get an order confirmation screen and you may click on the Continue> button.
You should receive your confirming e-mail within a few minutes.

After placing your order, your tickets cannot be refunded.  If you need to change the day or time there will be a $5 exchange fee per ticket. Changes can be made only within the same play.
